RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems to support and advance operations
• Collaborate with operational teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Conduct feasibility analyses, prepare cost evaluations, and assess project-related risks
• Contribute to long-term planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to applicable safety standards and environmental regulations
• This role offers the opportunity to participate in training programs designed to develop and enhance leadership skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Technical expertise: A degree in Mechanical Engineering and a solid understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and reliability engineering principles
• Problem-solving mindset: A proactive approach to identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and driving continuous improvement
• Project leadership: Experience or interest in leading technical projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results on time and within scope
• Strong communication skills: The ability to clearly convey technical information and collaborate effectively with operations.
