Job Description

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager - Construction should have:

• Proven experience in project management within the construction general contracting and construction management sector for institutional buildings, both renovations and ground up new builds.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
