We're building a Talent Community for Roadside Assistance Agents, connecting skilled individuals with exciting opportunities in:

  • Electrical Vehicle Roadside Assistance
  • High-End / Luxury Vehicle Roadside Assistance
  • Specialized Support for Complex Vehicle Situations
  • As a member of our Talent Community, you'll answer a few questions so we can match you to the role that fits your skills, interests, and career goals. Positions are available across multiple departments, and training is scheduled for January and February, with flexibility for future classes.

  • Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous, empathetic support to clients requesting roadside assistance
  • Connect with service providers to coordinate timely, cost-effective solutions
  • Keep customers informed throughout the process via phone or chat
  • Document actions and decisions accurately in internal systems
  • Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in French for bilingual positions
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • High-speed internet and quiet workspace required for remote roles
  • Strong multi-tasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and genuine desire to help others
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Training Start Dates: January & February
