Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of World-Famous Chicken World Ltd.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures.
• Prepare work schedule for staff and monitor performance.
• Assist in solving issues that arise at the workplace between employees by following the company's policies and procedures.
• Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Address customer complaints and issues.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients for food and other supplies for the restaurant.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and service management.
• 2-3 years of experience in a related field is required.

Terms of Employment:

Wages:

• $37.10 per hour.
• Overtime will start after 40 hours per week.
