Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Service

- Communicate professionally and effectively through both verbal interactions and written correspondence, maintaining a welcoming and informative tone.
- Efficiently address inquiries, offer detailed brand and product information, and manage customer interactions in-store and via email.
Product Guidance & Expertise
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our watch brands and collections, including heritage, design nuances, materials, and technical features.
- Stay informed of market trends, new product releases, and promotional events to continuously enhance client interactions and sales approaches.
Sales & Relationship Building
- Consistently achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets by attentively understanding client preferences and presenting suitable recommendations.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication, diligent follow-ups, and exceptional after-sales service.
Store Operations & Presentation
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain an impeccably presented store environment and well-managed inventory.
- Accurately process sales transactions, handle luxury merchandise with meticulous care, and ensure precise documentation and record-keeping.
