We are seeking a Senior Game Designer to help drive the growth of our Creative team by supporting the development of pitch materials and contributing design expertise across a range of internal and client-facing projects. This is a generalist role, best suited for candidates with broad experience in game design and demonstrated depth in at least a few key areas, such as gameplay, narrative, systems, economy, progression, or player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to develop and refine game concepts for pitches and proposals
  • Help build high-impact pitch decks, supporting visual and gameplay storytelling
  • Contribute to core gameplay systems, progression, economy, and content design
  • Support design documentation for internal and client-facing projects
  • Provide design feedback and iteration across multiple projects and stages
  • Participate in high-level creative brainstorming, helping turn vision into actionable design pillars
  • Help maintain and guide the design vision across externally developed projects
  • Stay current with market trends, genres, and competitor titles

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in game design, with at least 1 shipped title (AA or AAA)
  • Strong generalist background – able to contribute across systems, mechanics, progression, and UX
  • Demonstrated experience working on conceptual design or pitch development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to express ideas clearly through decks and docs
  • Understanding of how design principles apply across diverse business models, such as premium, free-to-play, and subscription-based games
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and adjusting to varied design styles
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset — thrives in remote, cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience designing within Unity and/or Unreal Engine
  • Experience working with external partners or co-dev teams
  • Experience creating UX prototypes to support gameplay or interface design
