Imperial's Customer Service and Support Centre in Moncton, New Brunswick has been in operation since 1998. It is located in downtown Moncton one block from the main commercial district, and currently employs over 400 individuals.

The centre provides a consistent level of service to Imperial Oil and Exxon Mobil customers by focusing on single, standardized practices and extensive use of technology.

The centre's employment outreach to people with disabilities and its career development model have been recognized with a number of awards over the past few years.

Imperial's Customer Service and Support Centre in Saint John, New Brunswick opened in June 2002, and currently employs approximately 100 individuals. Short term growth to approximately 140 individuals is expected by the end of 2003.

A state of the art facility, the Saint John Centre boasts a bright and open work setting and a professional environment. Utilizing the latest in ergonomics, each work station is designed with health and wellness being paramount.
