We currently have 20 openings for highly motivated RCI Fairfield Guides to work in our Resort Condominiums International (RCI) business unit. This is your opportunity to position yourself within a dynamic team in the Saint John RCI Group. As an RCI Fairfield Guide, you would be receiving incoming calls from Fairfield members to fulfill their vacation dreams all the while promoting and selling our services through a program called Fairshare Plus Partners. By joining the Fairfield Team, you get the chance to talk to other Fairfield Resort reservations centers while assisting members with their vacation plans and fulfilling their vacation dreams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Grade 12 education level/GED complemented by a minimum of 6 months of direct experience in meeting sales quotas
• Must possess superior communication skills, and have the ability to negotiate, and make decisions
• Eager and available to work a flexible schedule
• Persuasive personality
• Computer basics and strong keyboarding skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills exhibiting a high level of professional
