POSITION SUMMARY

  

An experienced Class A Refrigeration Operator responsible for the day to day operation in his/her assigned building including preventative and predictive maintenance.  Responding to hot and cold calls, emergency response and ensuring the building systems are maintained and in proper working order on a daily basis; aid in the monitoring of contracted service providers and respond to employee concerns.  Participation in after hour response and on call response as required.  A team player with strong customer and communication skills.
