Our client A.I.R Services - Appliance Inspection and Repair Services, located in Moncton, NB is looking to expand their team. The mission of A.I.R. Services is twofold: to help educate clients so they can make informed decisions in regards to the condition of their new and existing appliances, and to assist in the maintenance of their investments. A.I.R Services supports sales and services in the Atlantic Canadian market; in the commercial appliance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellence in customer service with accurate on time repairs and service
• Solve client problems through all means needed including, consulting manufacturers’ service manuals and bulletins
• Use specialized tools and testing devices to locate the source of the problem
• Prepare written estimates for clients on a daily basis as required
• Prepare work orders, complete the necessary reports for billing, and maintain records for parts inventories and future service calls
• Work from schematics as required
• Installation of different devices on an as needed basis on new & existing equipment
• Repair, maintain and adjust system components or remove and replace defective parts
• Consulting with manufacturers service reps as needed

Skills / Requirements:

• Refrigeration journeyman - required
• Excellent communication skills
• Appliance repair experience (commercial)
• Plumbing, Electrical experience an asset
• Natural gas – Propane knowledge (G2 gas ticket or willingness to complete)
• 2+ years in Instrumentation experience is required

Other:

• 40-44 hours a week with possibility of overtime, flexible schedule
• Competitive wage depending of experience
• Valid drivers license – travel required throughout Atlantic Canada
