Position:  Assistant Cook/ 3rd Cook
      
Reporting To: Executive Chef
      
The Holiday Inn Halifax Harbourview is currently seeking candidates for the position of 3rd Cook/Assistant Cook. Successful candidates should be passionate about providing our Guests with the highest standard of guest care. Responsibilities:

• Cook and assist with the night line.
• Saucier preparation.
• Breakfast shift for Restaurant and Convention floor.
• One year cooking experience a must.
• Assist cooks and Chefs in additional duties when required.

Job Requirements:

• Great time management and organizational skills a must.
• Must be able to productively work in high pace environment.
• Must be team player oriented.
• Candidate must be flexible to work varied shifts (days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays).
