Job Description As a Business Development Specialist, you will be part of the Winnipeg team. This position is responsible for working with clients to understand their staffing and productivity requirements, preparing a recruitment strategy and able to execute that strategy in a timely manner to meet the clients needs

Job Description:
• Skill Marketing to clients and to organizations that value people
• Maintaining the client relationship and developing further business
• Finding the best people in their respective fields, so as to ensure our clients are getting the crème de la crème

Responsibilities
- Use your excellent communication skills and Drake resources to mine for potential New Client Partnerships
- Maintain an accurate database for clients and candidates
- Meet revenue and activity expectations through Account Management and Business Development
Requirements The successful candidate will possess the following:

- A minimum of two years hands on experience and proven track as a Business to Business Sales Specialits
- 2+ years Business to Business sales experience
- A Bachelors degree or diploma in Business or a related field an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
