Our client, a fast growing and dynamic service organization located in Halifax is sourcing a Team Lead for their Outside Sales Division
As Sales – Team Lead, reporting to the National Sales Manager in Ontario, responsibilities include;
- Managing a team of 5-8 outside sales representatives for the province with a key focus area in and around Dartmouth and Halifax
- Providing feedback, guidance and training to the Sales Representatives to ensure continued growth and development
- Using key performance indicators to evaluate performance and implementing new sales techniques to increase the effectiveness of the department
- Stay up to date with trends developing in the marketplace and adjust sales strategies accordingly
The ideal candidate will possess;
- Prior experience managing a small team with proven motivational, training and development techniques
- Superior sales and customer service background
- Be professional, people oriented and possess superior multi-tasking skills
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
- Enjoy being out on the road
A company vehicle will be provided for the traveling that is required. This role is compensated through base plus commission as well they offer a generous benefits package.
