We are now offering a position at our Head Office location in Dartmouth, NS for a summer or co-op term Special Projects Assistant, providing support and administrative assistance to our senior management team in real estate and construction contract administration as well as additional, varied marketing projects. This position will begin as soon as possible and end in September 2008.
Responsibilities
- Real estate administration, including:
- Drafting and review of standardization of lease agreements and documents
- Lease renewals
- Contract development
- Data entry
- Develop and produce summary reports
- Review and set up new lease management software system
- Assisting in Marketing or other additional duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum enrollment in 2nd year post-secondary education, preference to:
- Business Administration (coursework in business law required)
- MBA
- Pre-law
- Advanced proficiency in software applications, including MS Office suite
- Detail-oriented and organized work style
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Lives a healthy and active lifestyle
