Our client has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager Infrastructure and Maintenance to direct the maintenance of a large property development based in Newfoundland.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Senior Manager Infrastructure and Maintenance is part of the senior operations team and is responsible for the maintenance, safety and security of the property’s extensive infrastructure, planning and managing capital projects and annual maintenance, negotiating and administering contracts for the provision of supplies and services, and supervising the maintenance and custodial staff.

We seek a candidate with a proven track record of success in a senior facilities maintenance position with multiple team management experience. A competent financial manager you are a self starter and a natural motivator capable of ensuring this property is well kept down to the smallest detail. As this position is a key member of the senior operations management team strong leadership and project management skills are essential.
