Residential Property Manager

Our company requires a Residential Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

In this position, you will be responsible to manage all aspects of the operation of a portfolio of multi-residential properties. You will be required to oversee staff, including Building Superintendents and Maintenance employees. The Property Manager will oversee the property maintenance, and work with staff to ensure that all vacant apartments are leased according to company procedure. You will attend Residential Tenancy Board hearings, develop budgets, and conduct annual performance reviews.

Experience in Property Management, specifically in multi-residential, will be considered an asset. We will be looking for a candidate who presents strong supervisory and leadership skills, shows attention to detail, and who demonstrates the ability to be a team player, as well as a focused individual worker. Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems will be required.
