Senior Property Manager – Manufactured Home Communities, New Brunswick Portfolio

Killam Properties Inc. is a leading real estate company based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Killam is the largest owner and manager of multi-family residential rental properties and manufactured home communities in Atlantic Canada. Killam's common shares listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange as KMP.

We are currently searching for a Senior Property Manager to lead a team of Property and Community Managers in managing our portfolio of manufactured home communities in New Brunswick. This position will be based out of Moncton, NB.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee our team of Property and Community Managers in the management of our multi-residential community portfolios in New Brunswick
• Oversee the management of all aspects of the operation of the portfolio
• Providing support to/supervising staff associated with the Portfolio including conducting annual reviews.
• Overseeing staff to ensure properties are well maintained and ensure that all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely & cost efficient manner.
• Working with site staff to ensure vacant lots are leased in accordance with the leasing procedures
• Attending Residential Tenancy Board hearings
• Developing budgets and complete financial reporting for the portfolio of properties.

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• 3 – 5 years experience in the property management industry
