Resident Manager Couple

Our client, a leader in Real estate, investment and property management is seeking a Resident Manager Couple. The company employs more than 1,400 talented individuals with a wide range of professional skills, a shared focus on real estate, and a passion for maximizing returns and actively growing the value of the company's assets.

The Resident Manager couple will report directly to the Property Manager and will be responsible for supervising and developing the Assistant Resident Managers. Duties will include:

Completing all necessary documents, paperwork and bank deposits for the buildings in which they are assigned to. Completing maintenance at the building, including in-suite and grounds upkeep. Ensuring financial concerns, suite turnover and overall building information are kept up to date.

Requirements:
You will possess experience in a customer service role with proven communication skills, both written and oral. Ideally, you will have the ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision. A minimum of Grade 12 education and 2-3 years experience as a building manager would be considered an asset. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of building systems and be computer literate - working knowledge of MS Office. The ability to complete minor maintenance, such as plumbing and electrical repairs is mandatory.
