Construction Manager - Contract

Minimum Qualifications and Relevant Experience Required:

• Formal training in architectural, engineering, construction, or a related field
• Project Management or P.Eng. designation an asset
• Approx. 10 years experience in the Project/Construction Management field – preferably in an industrial setting
• Knowledgeable about design and construction processes for industrial or commercial facilities.
• Knowledgeable of existing regulatory and building construction codes
• Ability to follow-through, be proactive and prioritize
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Organized and detail oriented
• Demonstrated proficiency at progress report writing
• Capable of managing a variety of complex tasks/projects simultaneously
• Able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Highly adaptable and professional
• Excellent computer skills, MSWord, Excel, MS Project•
