Construction Estimator – Industrial/Commercial

Our client is looking for a Construction Estimator to work from their Saint John, NB office on Industrial and Commercial projects.

As an Estimator you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including:

• Performing material take-offs
• Preparing accurate estimates for both commercial and industrial projects
• Review bid documents
• Coordinate sending/receiving estimate documents with contractors
• Manage data, analyse estimates and job costing

As the successful candidate, you will possess drive, determination and a self disciplined approach to achieving high quality results and accuracy. The work you are doing requires exceptional time management and organizational skills – working at a faster than average pace, you ensure that quality is never compromised in this deadline driven environment.

You have an educational background in Civil Engineering (Degree or Diploma) with experience in the construction industry.
