Our client has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Canada and the United States.  They are currently seeking a seasoned manufacturing executive to join them and help grow the business.

As a key part of the leadership team our successful candidate will influence the direction and strategy of the business while mentoring a high performing group of managers and leading them to new achievement levels in lean manufacturing and total quality management.

10+ years of senior level experience in the Tissue Manufacturing Sector that includes engineering project management and production management combined with technical proficiency in TQM, Lean Manufacturing and ISO are essential.  An in-depth understanding of TAD technology is a must.

Demonstrated management skills and a track record of technical strength are required while an Engineering Degree and/or MBA are preferred.
