We are looking for a person who can lead change in many of the processes that are part of our Woodlands Operation. The successful candidate will understand 6 Sigma and Lean, be able to use data to help influence and motivate others for change. The ideal candidate will have a formal education in forestry or engineering.  Candidate must be able to work in the US and go to Canada for training.
