Our client, a leading supplier of commercial / industrial equipment, is currently seeking an experienced Modernization Superintendant based in Halifax, NS. to manage all three Maritime Provinces.

Responsibilities:

• Direct, supervise and lead the performance of field operations for the modernization dept.
• Manage multiple major modernization projects
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Efficiently scheduling labour resources
• Manage an operating budget while supporting the sale of equipment upgrades and identifying and driving efficiency improvements

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong proponents of standard installation processes and solid EH&S programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with strong leadership skills and team building abilities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Prior management experience in a technical arena
• Computer proficiency  

Compensation: Base salary + Incentive Bonus + Vehicle
