Our Burlington client is currently seeking an experienced Spare Parts Co-ordinator to join their team. Applicants applying for this position should ideally come from an Engineering/Technical background. | Responsibilities |
You will be required to:
- prepare quotes for spare parts - able to process orders - prepare sales orders and invoices - ability to set up projects in the computer system - co-ordinate technical support for customers - upselling of promotions and spare parts - ability to develop and maintain an in house spare parts list for all customers - working with outside suppliers and shops to obtain quotes for all manufactured items - customer support for existing clients - working with the shipping and receiving department |
| Requirements |
All applicants applying for this position must possess the following qualifications:
- must be able to work well independently - read and interpret blue prints as well as engineers drawings (mechanical and electrical) - ability to multi task and prioritize work load - available and willing to travel within North America - intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
