Title: Material Coordinator 3

Required for: Immediate

Department – Halifax Engineering

Essential Qualifications and Experience: 

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent 
• Knowledge and recent use of MIMS
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in industry or minimum military equivalent Cpl/LS or above Supply Technician (MOC 911) 
• Above average computer skills 
• Good MS Office skills 
• Above average skills in processing CFSS transactions 
• The successful applicant must be eligible for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Controlled Goods Regulations Program (CGRP) government clearances

Description of Duties:

Under the general supervision of the warehouse/R&O Supervisor, provide support of the National Inventory Control Point (NICP) and Contract Repair Parts Account (CRPA) including the Repair Shop Account (RSA)

Responsibilities Include: 

• General warehouse maintenance duties 
• Issue, receipt, inspection and conditioning of material 
• Basic requisition/procurement functions 
• Computer operations 
• Provide customer service 
• Administrative obligations and other duties as tasked
