Midland Transport Limited is currently searching for an Afternoon Dock Supervisor to join our team at the Brampton, ON location. 

As a Dock Supervisor on the Afternoon shift you will be responsible for;

• Developing  and Training dock employees
• Achieving and improving Dock KPI goals
• Motivate employees to work in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure employees adhere to company procedures and policies
• Assist in achieving Terminal and Company Goals such as on time delivery, safety, and claims.

The successful candidate will be someone with a winning attitude, true leader, full of energy and prepared for a challenging work environment.

The successful candidate must also possess superior communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
