We are currently seeking a Dock Manager for our client's Toronto facility. We are seeking an aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment. The Dock Manager's responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Managing all day-to-day dock activities 
- Ensuring production and quality assurance goals are met 
-  Training of driver / dock personnel 
-  Ensure operational quality and compliance

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of successful dock supervisory experience, interpersonal skills, and a winner's mindset. This is a large facility and the right candidate will bring forth a positive attitude that is needed to help our client continue its ascent to the top of the transportation industry.
