Due to rapid growth our client, a results oriented provider of water treatment and energy management systems has an immediate need for young, dynamic engineers and science graduates to join their team as Technical Representatives.

Job Description Located in Mississauga, our client hires, trains and retains an expert team by providing a dynamic, safe and goal-driven career environment that encourages its members to excel in practical and interpersonal arenas. Representatives are expected to pursue their personal best in a vibrant and positive atmosphere free of unnecessary, mulitlevel bureaucracy.

A key requirement of the position is the ability to build and maintain customer relationships at every level of the customer's organisation from maintenance staff to upper management. Successful Technical Representatives have the opportunity to progress into new account sales.
Responsibilities The Technical Representative will be responsible for managing water treatment programs at established customers and supporting the sales team in continuous growth.

• Monthly program audits
• On-site troubleshooting
• Identifying and implementing solutions
• Designing of new water treatment programs
• Establishing energy savings programs
• Holding customer training sessions
• Customer service oriented
Requirements 2 - 5 Years Process Eng. Field Work exp.
Must be Comfortable working in a Boiler room and a Boardroom
Must possess a valid "G2" or "G" license
Bachelor degree in engineering or related sciences
Logical, organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to "roll up your sleeves" to get the job done
Compensation and Benefits Details A competitive salary structure, company car, Tablet PC, Blackberry and portable lab are supplied.
