ADI Limited, a leading Atlantic Canadian architecture, engineering and environmental, and planning consulting firm, requires an Intermediate Community Planner for its expanding team of professionals. This position will be based in our Fredericton office and is a full-time career-oriented position.  

Responsibilities:   

• To contribute to the planning team in the pursuit and completion of planning projects and studies;
• To work with clients and represent their interests at PAC and Council and Commission meetings;
• To assist in the preparation of planning documents and mapping including municipal plan reviews, bylaws; amendments; and subdivision plans;
• To assist in the preparation of proposal documents;
• To conduct public consultation programs as make presentations as required.

Qualifications:

• A Degree in Planning with 2- 5 years experience;
• Team player;   
• Eligible for registration in the Canadian Institute of Planners and the New Brunswick Planners Institute.
