Responsibilities:

• Monitor contractor quality and productivity;
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure regulatory agency participation in ongoing construction activities as Acts or Regulations may dictate:
• Provide oversight and direction to third party inspectors;
• Document and sign-off on all compliance requirements;
• Preparation of daily field reports and related documentation;
• Participate in contractor progress review meetings;
• Monitor and report on contractor adherence to schedule;
• Monitor contractor’(s) compliance with respect to quality of work and adherence to applicable codes, standards, design documents and schedules;
• Participate in sampling and testing exercises;

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of all aspects of civil construction;
• Knowledgeable with codes applicable to the work;
• Ability to familiarize and remain responsible for the application of the processes dictated by the quality manual;
• Preferable minimum 5 years experience working on pipeline construction projects;
• Ability to work in a team environment;
