Engineering Director - Oil and Gas
One of Atlantic Canada's leading engineering firms, specializing in the oil and gas sector and with operations throughout North America and Europe, is currently searching for a Director of Engineering to join their senior management team.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will provide leadership over a diverse engineering group and technical direction non-engineering staff, liaise with corporate clients, and mentor staff on an ongoing basis. Your expertise in the off-shore oil and gas industry and knowledge of the local marketplace will add value to your ability to manage the engineering group.
To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- A Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil-Structural Preferred)
- 8 to 10 Years Experience in the Off-Shore Oil and Gas Sector
- Strong Leadership and Coaching Skills
- Exceptional Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
- Ability to Manage a Diverse Team
