Our Group has experienced steady, stable growth since its conception in 1955. We presently have a full-time Design Engineer career opportunity with Strescon Limited in Saint John, NB.

Founded in 1963, Strescon has grown to become the largest prestressed concrete manufacturer in Eastern Canada. We have developed a reputation for quality, reliability and efficiency in the concrete industry. We service our customers from our operations in New Brunswick & Nova Scotia and have expanded our market area from the Atlantic Provinces to include the New England region of the United States.

The Design Engineer will be responsible for precast concrete and connection design, including value engineering. The candidate will require a Masters Degree in Structural  Engineering with a significant concentration in reinforced and prestressed concrete design. This position also requires staying up-to-date with the latest design techniques and technology, as well as, becoming licensed in both Canada and the United States as a structural engineer.
