We are currently seeking applications for the position of Junior Civil Engineer - Municipal from qualified individuals looking for a rewarding and challenging opportunity. Previous experience in surveying, geomatics, municipal services design, and municipal infrastructure would be a definite asset.

This position is ideal for a recent civil engineering graduate from an accredited Canadian university, who has gained some experience, and is working toward their P.Eng. certification.

Job Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Conceptual and detailed design of civil works for land development and municipal infrastructure
• Design of municipal underground systems including water and sanitary sewers
• Design of stormwater management infrastructure, hydraulics and hydrology including ponds, channels and storm sewers
• Provide construction review or inspection for site and underground services

The ideal candidate will be an energetic self -starter with a strong desire to learn and to help out in a busy environment.  Proficiency in office systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D) is an asset, but not a requirement.  Strong communication skills are essential.  A strong work ethic, combined with an eye for detail are desired qualities.
