In response to our growing portfolio, we are currently seeking talented professionals to join our Internetwork Consulting team.
Network Designer
Reporting to the Internetwork Consulting Manager, this position will define and deliver on Internetwork projects for clients, providing architecture, design, strategy and implementation services. He/she will be responsible for providing full Internetwork solutions, gathering client requirements, providing technical guidance and advising on industry best practices. He/she will provide detailed technical network documentation to include design and implementation where required.
Qualifications:
- A comprehensive knowledge of Internetwork technologies such as Routing, Switching and network integration. Cisco and/or Juniper experience is a must with at least 5 years experience in noted technologies
- A degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to clearly articulate technology direction and considerations
- Ability to work independently or as part of an Internetworking team
- Certification in Cisco or related switching/routing products would be considered an asset. CCIE or equivalent is preferred but CCNP with proven experience is required. Juniper equivalent designations would also be considered an asset.
