| The Ideal Candidate |
The ideal candidate will possess a two-year diploma in architectural design or technology, complemented by several years of progressively responsible experience in a technical design role in a company working directly in the energy, construction or primary resource extraction sectors, or in an EPCM or related company. |
| Job Description |
The Senior Architectural Draftsperson will work with a team, designing innovative, high-quality modular structures, including accommodation and educational facilities, steel structures and telecommunications structures. |
| Responsibilities |
• Supervise and schedule all drafting required for structure production;
• Initiate, implement and maintain company drafting standards;
• Supervise all drafting quality assurance. |
| Requirements |
• Five of more years of proven drafting experience;
• Previous experience in drafting in related technical industries would be a significant asset;
• Intimate knowledge of building codes required;
• Strong management and team-building experience;
• Superior communication abilities;
• Exceptionally strong knowledge of CAD software packages;
• Completion of two-year diploma program in architecture or architectural technology. |

Our client would prefer that the successful candidate relocate to Swift Current, SK. In this case, relocation funds will be available. |
