One of Atlantic Canada’s leading commercial and institutional construction companies with operations in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and PEI, is currently searching for a seasoned Construction Branch Manager to join their management team in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for the branch operations, the development and execution of business development and marketing, financial control of all construction projects, staffing and coaching development, and provision of technical expertise as it relates to new and existing construction projects.

To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate the following:

• Engineering Degree – Civil Structural discipline or a combination of education and experience
• Advanced knowledge of commercial and/or institutional construction in a general contracting capacity, including 10 years experience within a comparable environment
• Extensive planning and team leadership skills
• A history of being proactive in the area of business development
• Advanced presentations skills
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• A desire to exceed expectations  

Compensation for this role is outstanding, including a senior level base salary, comprehensive benefits plan, and above-base bonuses.
