Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience with Naval Training and Development
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Software Products
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Must be able to obtain a Canadian industrial Security Clearance to SECRET level
• Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Canadian government security clearances

Description of Duties:

• Assist the customer in developing Training Plans as well as ensuring the timely delivery of all training plans
• Development of training materials
• Ensuring the delivery of all courseware and delivery of initial cadre training
• Provide point of contact for customer training manager
• Provide Status Reports
• Provide input into schedule and cost reviews
