Position – Catering Server

Salary: $10.00 Hourly, for 25 Hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:

• Education: Some high school
• Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Not applicable
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
• Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
• Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
• Work Setting: Restaurant, Formal dining room, Private club, Catering firm, Resort
• Food and Beverage Serving Skills: Serve food and beverages, general plate service
• Additional Skills: Customer service oriented, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load buspans and trays, Set tables, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Replace linen
• Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
• Work Location Information: Various locations
• Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Critical thinking
• Other: Staff are required to wear white tops and black bottoms
