Retail Specialists, Night Crew
Two positions available

Atlantic Wholesalers Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Loblaw Companies Ltd., is the leading food retailer in Atlantic Canada and employs more than 13,000 colleagues through its Corporate (Superstore and Dominion) and Franchise locations.

We are accepting applications for self motivated, service oriented team players to join Team Atlantic as full-time Retail Specialists, Night Crew. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure understanding and compliance of core night processes including availability of product, health & safety practices, night receiving and night crew scheduling
• Ensure achievement of night crew productivity
• Evaluate overall conditions in all stores and provide recommended solutions
• Ensure all product is properly displayed, signs and pricing are correct, clean and properly placed
• Work closely with Store/Department Managers to determine colleague development requirements within locations.  Provide and/or secure appropriate training as required
• Counsel Department Manager regarding general problems, issues and concerns
• Coordinate implementation and execution of in-store promotional programs
• Evaluate inventory levels to ensure maximum inventory turns
• Extensive travel is required

Qualifications Required:

• Education and experience will be considered as part of the screening/interviewing and selection process only
• Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize workload
• Ability to work effectively on your own, with minimal supervision
• Supervisory/leadership experience
• Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
• Self motivated, service oriented team player
• Must be available to work midnight to 8 AM
• Excel and Outlook systems experience
