Our client is one of North America's leading franchisors and has been established for many years in Atlantic Canada. They are looking for entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs "in waiting" that are ready to build a bright future for themselves and their families. Our client is in the process of growing its business and has a limited number of openings in strategic growth markets in the Maritimes. This is very much a hand's on opportunity and successful applicants will be required to take the helm, service your clients and build your business. Once acquired, a proven track record with your franchise could lead to additional franchise acquisitions within the region. A mechanical inclination or background or experience in the industrial, transportation or automotive industry would be a definite asset. A formal education in business is not nearly as important as a good head for business and a good work ethic to be successful with this opportunity. Tools for your success include:

• Establishing and building customer relationships, primarily in short sales cycles;
• Problem solving and independently overcoming obstacles;
• Balancing the chequebook and meeting your financial obligations;
• Planning your work and working your plan;
• Seeing projects, jobs or sales through to a successful conclusion;
• Management of/or participation on a winning team-even if in a volunteer capacity.
