The Arthritis Society of Newfoundland helps individuals living with arthritis, and plays a critical role in providing funding for research.  Comprised of a dedicated team of volunteers throughout the province, a committed staff of professionals and an exceptional Board, the Arthritis Society is helping Newfoundlanders with Arthritis live better lives every day.  They are seeking an individual to manage their interests in Newfoundland.

Based in St. John’s, and reporting to the Managing Director in Halifax, you will provide leadership for fundraising, advocacy, staff and fiscal management for the Newfoundland division.  You will provide the leadership required to continue to propel the Arthritis Society’s presence in the public, government, and corporate sectors.  You bring not-for-profit leadership experience or extensive Board experience combined with business management.  You are a team player and will seek new opportunities to market and promote the mission of the Arthritis Society.  You are a doer, a facilitator, and a strategist and most of all demonstrate a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Your experience will include 10+ years in the not-for-profit sector or aligned experience of which you had a management/leadership role.
