The Arthritis Society of New Brunswick helps individuals living with Arthritis, and plays a critical role in providing funding for research.   Comprised of a dedicated team of volunteers throughout the province, a committed staff of professionals and an exceptional Board, the Arthritis Society is helping New Brunswickers with arthritis live better lives every day. 

Based in either Fredericton or Moncton, and reporting to the Managing Director in Halifax, they are seeking a Professional Fundraiser. As a member of the Atlantic team, with primary responsibility in creating opportunities to generate revenue, you will have experience in creating and nurturing relationships both at a corporate and community level.  You are creative, energetic, and driven to meeting goals.  As the member of the team with primary responsibility in creating opportunities to generate revenue, you will have experience in creating and nurturing relationships both at a corporate and community level.  You are creative, energetic, and driven to meeting goals.  You will be responsible for executing the fundraising plan.  You will examine new opportunities for fundraising and create campaigns and relationships that will stimulate the activities that lead to success.  You have been in roles with direct responsibility for meeting financial plans/quotas in a not-for-profit organization. You have exceptional communication skills in French and English, savvy marketing knowledge, and most of all are an individual of sincere commitment to your role and organization.

Your career demonstrates 5+ years of experience in fundraising (or possibly business development), volunteer management, campaign and special events planning. You have a natural energy that enthuses others around you.  This is a growth opportunity and you will be compensated competitively.
