Job Title: Direct Marketing Advisor

Job Description:
Russell House Marketing is seeking a Direct Marketing Advisor (DMA) to consult with our clients on direct marketing programs which focus on response and profitable sales. This person must be professional, energetic, client oriented, goal and sales driven. The direct marketing advisor will work with customer's businesses to understand objectives, audience, and message, and provide advice on how to enhance direct marketing campaigns. You understand how to turn numbers into knowledge.

DMA is a senior position in the company and carries significant managerial & fiscal responsibility.

Qualifications: 

* Experience & Skills Desired:

• Five (5) years of experience in sales and marketing
• Ability to lead a team of highly skilled workers
• Ability to identify and work towards common goals
• Excellent telephone skills
• Ability to influence decision makers
• Ability to manage & communicate detailed processes
• Knowledge of database marketing principles
• Strong computer proficiency
• A degree in Marketing or Library Sciences

* Additional experience in the following areas is a plus:

• Direct Mail Marketing
• Electronic Marketing
• List Rental & Circulation Operations
• Mail House Operations
• Print Facility Operations
• CPC & USPS Postal Regulations
