Responsibilities:
Under the management of the Eastern Regional Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible to work with his/her team to meet and exceed financial targets (sales, fees, gross profit, contribution and hours). This person will also be responsible for selecting, training and developing the branch staff and for monitoring performance to achieve business results. He/she will lead the branch staff in business development, service delivery, customer and employee retention, recruiting, and expense management (e.g., workers' compensation).

The person chosen will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers and business leaders in the community as well as local, regional and Kelly management. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, the Branch Manager proactively and effectively identifies and resolves customer and employee issues. As business conditions change, this person will assess the impact and respond accordingly to ensure maximum profitability. Operating within company policy, the Branch Manager exercises discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.

Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess a bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, or Marketing) or equivalent work experience. A minimum of five years experience in the staffing industry or five years in sales, operations, or account management role required. The key competencies for the Branch Manager include the ability to build relationships, communicate and accomplish many tasks simultaneously with an attention to detail. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate team-orientation with all levels of employees and customers. Knowledge of financial concepts as well as labour, business and community awareness are also critical success factors.
