Reporting to the Vice President of Claims & Corporate Services, the Director of Claims will be responsible for local execution of the Claims Division Strategy that supports the corporate plan. You will develop and implement the annual regional operational plan as well as ensure adherence to standards, guidelines, and best practices. With a staff of 40 reporting through 4 direct reports, the Director of Claims will be responsible for leadership development and succession planning. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while managing loss adjustment expenses and facilitating  procurement and vendor relationships. This role offers a seasoned leader a high degree of empowerment and a chance to make their mark as a key decision maker for the Claims team.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the area of claims management. A background or superb understanding of the insurance industry with experience in leading an administrative team will help you be successful in this exciting role.
