Total Compensation and HRIS Manager

We are currently searching for a Total Compensation and HRIS Manager to develop and implement a national compensation program that addresses internal and external market equity, meets required pay equity legislation, and ensures sound financial management of total compensation costs. As part of this program, the incumbent will ensure that compensation and benefit policies and procedures link compensation to performance and to the achievement of business objectives.
Additionally, the Total Compensation and HRIS Manager will manage the delivery of the group benefits program and coordinate the Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Pension Plans for EastLink employees.
The incumbent will also be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the company's HRIS system in order to enable effective centralized data gathering, storage, and reporting of HR information.
Requirements:
- Post secondary Education in Human Resources
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) designation preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience compensation
