We are presently in growth mode and as such we are searching for a senior account manager who wants to make a difference. Archway is a boutique style recruiting firm that defines itself by offering the best service industry wide while concentrating on it's core competencies in Information Technology, Finance, Sales and Management positions.
We are looking for an Account Manager that has presence within the recruiting industry and are well respected professionals that are recognized by their clients as performers who deliver. We are looking to add a like minded account manager to our Archway Team and in doing so we offer the candidate all of the tools that are necessary to deliver top results to your clients.
We offer a laid back surrounding that most firms do not have plus our commission structures are such that you get paid for producing and there is no cap nor is there any wierd pay structures that you have to meet in order to achieve your maximum. Archway will be attractive to a senior recruiting account manager that is carrying a book now and is looking to join a better home where they can take care of their clients and maximize their earnings.
A background in recruiting or management consulting is key to this position. Archway have a reputation for delivering great results for our clients the first time and we need an account manager that can operate at that level of service delivery.
