John Ross & Sons Limited, a large recycling company located in Bayers Lake Business Park is seeking a Human Resources Manager.

This manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function including recruitment and retention, new hires, benefit enrollment, employee relations, health and safety, training, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Post secondary education in business with a major in Human Resources;
• 3 - 5 years of current Human Resources experience;
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing setting;
• Strong sense of urgency to complete tasks;
• Experience in managing all areas of the Human Resources function.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem solving and decision making skills.

The candidate will also work well independently or as part of a team while possessing exceptional multi-tasking skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
