Hands-on experience includes developing and maintaining procedures and policies, recruitment, training, staying apprised of government legislation and programs and investigation and resolution of employee inquiries and concerns. | Responsibilities |
- develop, maintain procedures & policies

- keep head office and branches apprised of various government progams
- assist with recruitment and hiring requirements
- liaise with operations re compensation plans, job descriptions & performance appraisals
- work on reward and recognition programs

- post-secondary education preferred
- HR Designation
