As the Division Manager, reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall financial performance, day-to-day and strategic management of the division. You will use your strong leadership skills and progressive, hands-on management experience to plan, direct and manage all human resource, sales, marketing and operational needs for the division, fostering a customer-centric culture in a successful and highly-motivated sales organization.
As the ideal candidate, you will have post-secondary education in business or a related field, combined with 5 to 7 years of management experience across various roles of an organization including sales, marketing, human resources and operations. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of computer programs including MS Office Suite and QuickBooks. You are goal-oriented, and have a proven record of setting and achieving ambitious objectives for your employer. You exhibit high levels of integrity and professionalism, with a team-oriented approach to success. Experience with financial management in a divisional/departmental role and knowledge of the governmental tender process are required.
